LVNS Forest Project Presents Poster at the 2nd Asia Biodiversity Credit Alliance International Symposium

The LVNS Forest Project sponsored and presented a poster at the 2nd Asia Biodiversity Credit Alliance (ABCA) International Symposium, titled “Realizing a Nature-Positive Society through Action for Biodiversity.”

The LVNS Forest Project is working toward its vision of “realizing an autonomous social system between forests and people.” The initiative brings together 14 corporate partners in Japan, three academic researchers, and ventures from countries including the Philippines and Malaysia to promote six forest development approaches across Asia.

These efforts have been recognized by Forbes JAPAN as one of the initiatives of the “50 companies contributing to a Nature Positive future.”

At the symposium, participants—including government agencies, university researchers, private-sector organizations, and researchers visiting Japan from seven Asian countries—shared research and initiatives related to biodiversity credit creation and activities contributing to a Nature Positive society. The event also provided an opportunity for active discussions on future collaboration and initiatives.

Under the vision of “realizing an autonomous social system between forests and people,” the LIVERNESS FOREST PROJECT will continue promoting activities that contribute to biodiversity conservation and the advancement of a Nature Positive society.
