Leave a Nest Research Fund, established by Leave a Nest, is a research grant program to support young researchers who are passionate about their research and carry out original research in order to “realize the development of science and technology and contribute to the earth”. The 59th Forest Science Award is now open for applications.

As forests continue to decline, there is growing interest in forests from the perspectives of climate change, disasters, increasing carbon dioxide emissions, and biodiversity, etc. With a deadline of January 31, 2023 (Tuesday), we have issued a broad call for research that can redefine from a scientific perspective the relationship between humanity and forests for the future.

The results of the screening will be announced around March 2023.
